Roast rib of Lancashire beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish cream
Pan fried plaice with homemade squid ink tagliatelle, wild mushrooms and tarragon bubbles
Tian of courgette, aubergine, peppers, buffalo mozzarella, rainbow chard, air dried cherry tomatoes and a rocket pesto (V)

Raspberry mousse with pistachio ice cream
Lincolnshire poacher with apple and chutney
Chocolate and apricot bread and butter pudding with vanilla custard
