The Lowry Hotel has a self-contained floor dedicated to conference and banqueting with a separate entrance at street level. All function suites are equipped with the latest technology, and events can be tailor-made to accommodate a maximum of 400 people. In addition, a fully equipped Business Centre is available to assist you with any administrative tasks and to ensure that all messages are delivered with the utmost speed and efficiency.

Among the facilities on offer at the property are:

• Banqueting room for up to 330 people, which can be subdivided into two rooms
• Dedicated meetings floor with separate street-level entrance
• State-of-the-art audio-visual technology
• Eight smaller meeting rooms for up to 18 people boardroom style
• Dedicated boardroom for 18 people

All meeting rooms are individually climate-controlled, with easy access to all public facilities including cloakrooms and telephones.

Special daily delegate conference rates available from £55 per person to include meeting room hire, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch; 24-hour conference rates are from £190 per person and also include overnight accommodation and full English breakfast.

Agency commission is 10%.

Car parking is subject to availability and spaces will be reserved for our Residents. Alternative parking recommendations are advised and can be received from your Event Planner prior to arrival or Concierge upon arrival at the hotel.

On - site parking at The Lowry Hotel is subject to availability and  we reserve the right to allocate spaces for overnight residents of The Lowry Hotel. 

In the instance that no parking is available our Concierge department will direct you to the nearest car park.
