To mark the start of the new football season, The Lowry Hotel has teamed up with the city's leading football institutions to offer guests of all ages a wide range of exclusive football experiences.

Home to Manchester United - English football's most successful team - and Manchester City - the Premier League's most recent winners - the city is the undisputed capital of football. Partnering with the recently opened National Football Museum, the Professional Football Association and New Manchester Walks, the hotel is giving fans an exclusive insight into the beautiful game. The Lowry Hotel's Football Expert, Russ Green and his team have searched the city for a series of bespoke footballing programmes available to the hotel's guests.

Guests can start the day with a tour of the National Football Museum where they will be able to browse the greatest collection of football memorabilia ever assembled.

In addition to a Legend Tour followed by lunch with former players of both Manchester United at Old Trafford and Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium, guests can delve further into the rich history of the UK's sporting capital with a football-themed New Manchester Walk.

For those who wish to discover more about their favourite players, the hotel's Football Expert can arrange for fans to meet with a hero from a Premier League team*. They will be able to relive memorable match moments, discuss tips and tactics and share anecdotes over lunch, dinner or drinks at The Lowry Hotel.
The Manchester Football Package at The Lowry Hotel is available all year round. Prices start from £195 per night based on two people sharing a Deluxe Room on a B&B basis and include:

- An exclusive tour of the National Football Museum
- Upgrade to a Superior Room and early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability
- Use of the hotel's Football Expert to book all football-related activities**

Prices start from £195 per night based on two people sharing a Deluxe Room on a B&B basis.
Terms & Conditions:

*Lunches, drinks and/or dinner are restricted to players from Premier League teams based in the Northwest of England. Prices range from £1,500 to £4,000. Details supplied upon request.

**Additional activities are at an extra cost:

- Bespoke tours with New Manchester Walks are priced at £100.00 per tour for max of 15 people. Tours are approx 2 hours. Sporting Manchester Tours via private transfer can be arranged and take in the wider history and future of the sport. Prices upon request.

- Tours of Manchester United's stadium and Museum cost £16.00 per person. Legends tours are on set dates and cost £120 per person or £110 per person for two people booking together. Tours of Manchester City's stadium and Museum cost £10.00 per person. Legends tours are on set dates and cost £120 per person or £110 per person for two people booking together.
