The Lowry welcomes rock 'n roll chef Anthony Bourdain

Rocco Forte’s The Lowry Hotel and The Manchester Food and Drink Festival are hosting an exclusive evening with Anthony Bourdain on Tuesday 31st August.  The world's greatest 'rock and roll' chef comes to Manchester for the first time in 6 years, as part of an exclusive 2 day visit to the UK.  This is a one-off opportunity to hear from the man himself, up close and personal, Anthony will be sharing stories, drinks and canapes with guests which will be followed by a Q and A session and book signing.

Bourdain has developed a reputation as being the Quentin Tarantino of cookery following the publication of his best selling dining expose 'Kitchen Confidential'.
A lot has changed since then and his latest book, Medium Raw, explores his latest, unexpected journey from wild man to devoted father, all in his own distinctive, no holds barred style.
