50% deposit will be required on booking your group or private event with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the date of your group or special event.
A non-refundable deposit of £15.00 per person for Party Nights with full payment to be made before 31st October 2013. The cheque should have the following information written on the back: name and address of organiser, date of function and name of party.
Cheques should be made payable to “The Lowry Hotel.” Functions and accommodation are subject to availability and are not confirmed until deposits have been paid and received by the hotel.
You will be liable for any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises or equipment by any person invited by you or on your behalf.
The Hotel’s management will not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the hotel.
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT set at the current rate at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission.
The Hotel reserves the right to re-arrange any or all bookings for a festive event.
The hotel will make every effort to advise of cancellations as soon as possible.
The management reserves the right to re-arrange events and offer alternative dates.
Guests are not permitted to bring their own wines or spirits into the hotel or grounds for consumption on the premises.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, The Lowry Hotel cancels an event, full payment will be refunded. If any cancellations are made in your numbers, no money will be refunded.
Balance of payments cannot be refunded after 31st October 2013.
Rates offered are dependent on dates and minimum numbers for example rates on Friday and Saturday are £49 per person and Sunday to Thursday from £35.00 for buffet menu.
