Terms and Conditions - offers & packages
- All prices quoted are per room, per night inclusive of VAT, based on two guests sharing a double or twin room, unless otherwise stated.
- Single supplements apply and are available on request.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, the price excludes food, beverages, travel and other incidental expenses.
- All packages are subject to rate availability at time of booking.
- Package details are subject to change.
- Upgrades and extensions to your stay can be quoted on request.
- While we will do everything in our power to supply the package you have selected at the place and time requested, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or the acts or omissions of third parties (including other participants in the package you have booked).
- A credit / debit card number will be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, we will also require your security code from your card. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, this card will be charged with the cost of one night's accommodation.
- To avoid a one night's cancellation fee, reservations must be cancelled by 1 p.m. 2 days prior to arrival.
- Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or package.
- Individual Spa Treatments booked directly with the spa require 24 hours' notice, if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice you will be charged 50% of the treatment costs. If you give less than 12 hours' notice a charge for the full treatment will be applied.
- Online reservations will require 24 hours' notice to ensure all bookings can be honoured.
