WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?
Check-in time is from 2pm.

Check-out time is by 12 noon on the day of departure.
CAN I HAVE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
We try to be as accommodating as possible. Please communicate with Reception, and they will advise on possibilities and charges.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
A full refund is made on all room bookings (except for advance purchase) if we are notified in writing by 1pm, 48 hours prior to your date of arrival.

WHAT IS THE NEAREST TRAIN STATION?
Manchester’s Piccadilly Station is a 15-minute taxi ride from our hotel in normal traffic.
HOW NEAR ARE YOU TO MANCHESTER AIRPORT?
Manchester Airport is about a 20-minute taxi ride from our hotel in normal traffic.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
We have on-site secure parking for up to 103 vehicles. This includes disabled parking spaces. Prices vary according to whether you are staying, using the spa, restaurant or conference facilities. CAN I PRE-BOOK A PARKING SPACE?
We allocate parking spaces on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. However, residents are always guaranteed a space.
IS INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE?
512mb WiFi access is complimentary throughout the hotel, in all guest rooms and public areas. High-speed access, at 100mb, is charged on hourly, daily or weekly rates.
DO YOU HAVE A GYM?
Our gym is part of the spa, and includes running machines, free weights and Technogym equipment.
CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Yes, with 24 hours notice.
WHAT ARE THE GYM OPENING TIMES?
7am to 10pm daily. Use of the gym outside of these hours is available on request.
WHAT ARE THE SPA OPENING TIMES?
Treatments are available between 9am and 8pm daily. Due to the spa’s popularity, it is highly recommended that appointments are booked in advance.
DO YOU HAVE A HAIR SALON?
‘WithDilan’ is located on the first floor, and offers full salon services. Pre-booking is essential. Please speak to the concierge team on email@example.com, or call +44 161 827 8883, for an appointment.
ARE RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS NECESSARY FOR RESIDENT GUESTS?
We advise it, but we also prioritise our in-house guests. We would always recommend it for parties in excess of six.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN?
On request we can provide bottle warmers, cots, high chairs, kids’ slippers and robes.
CAN CHILDREN SHARE MY ROOM?
Children can share their parents’ room up to the age of 12. A pull-out bed is provided at £50 per night, with a limit of one pull-out per room. Complimentary cots are provided for babies.
DO YOU HAVE CONNECTING ROOMS?
Yes, on every floor. Please discuss your requirements on booking, and we will ensure we provide the best possible solution.
DO YOUR ROOM RATES INCLUDE VAT?

Yes, Our hotel is fully DDA compliant.
CAN YOU PROVIDE BABYSITTING?
Yes, using a fully accredited external company. We require 48 hours notice.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately not, however we do allow assistance dogs into the hotel.
DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?
The hotel is fully non-smoking.
DO YOU PROVIDE EXPRESS CHECK-OUT?
Yes, for anyone paying by credit card. When you check-in, there is a tear-off section that goes in your key wallet. Just sign it, tick it, and drop it in a box at reception on departure.
