We have implemented a number of social distancing measures and extra safety procedures to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe visit here at The Lowry Hotel.

  • Will you still be turning down my room?

Our turn down service is now available on request only, please make us aware if you require this service to be completed in the duration of your stay.

  • Do I have to wear a mask at the hotel?

By law, guests to the hotel are not required to wear a mask. Any personal choice to do so is entirely up to the guests.

  • Do you have car parking at the hotel?

We have car parking spaces available for our guests which is available at an additional fee.

  • Do I have to book before coming in or can I just turn up?

We do accept walk ins, we recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
