A sweet partnership to protect honey bees with The Bee centre, our honey is harvested in a special Lowry Hotel Hive and used in our desserts.

This family business supplies great quality fruit and vegetables to us at The Lowry Hotel on a daily basis from their base at Smithfield Market.
Matthew Clark
Always in the finest spirits, our wine and spirits suppliers are over 200 years old set up by the son of Inspector General of Imported Liquors and Distillery at the Port of London who was said to have shown gallantry and skill when capturing notorious pirates.

We collaborated with this wonderfully talented team of expert brewers to create our very own delicious blend of Kombucha sweetened with honey from The Lowry Bee Hive. Coming soon.
