Pianist Nick Steed joins forces with Jazz singer Amanda Jane Heywood for an eclectic mix of jazz standards, Amanda has a wide vocal range, producing a powerful versatile soulful voice which she uses to sing smooth Jazz covers of songs ranging from Ella Fitzgerald to Joss Stone

Nishla Smith (Jazz) from 7.30pm
Singing re imagined classical and jazz, Nishla has toured throughout the UK, was performed live on BBC3 in tune, and was later revived for a limited second run and inclusion in the at home MCR's push festival. in 2018, after a tour to Australia to perform at Mona's summer jazz festival in Tasmania, and a sell-out show at Melbourne's Paris Cat Jazz Club.

Chloe Jones (Americana/Folk) from 1pm
By accompanying herself on the acoustic guitar and with a voice that is both unique and captivating, Chloe’s style lends itself well to the folk music that she plays. There is an essence of country and Americana present within the mix too, emphasised by the rich tones of her voice that contrast with the haunting falsetto in which she flicks between with subtlety and ease.
Thursday 23rd April
Claire Victoria Roberts Duo (Jazz) from 7.30pm
Claire and Alex play a mix of old country blues songs and well-known jazz jazz standards, rich vocals mixed with fiery fiddling and the piano prowess that has made Alex one of the most prominent players in Manchester’s jazz scene. Their duo is influenced by the likes of Maria Muldaur, Bessie Smith and Madeleine Peyroux.

Guy Connor (Rock/Pop/Soul) from 1pm
Guy plays a mixture of classic and modern Soul, Pop & Rock on an acoustic guitar and with a rich and soulful voice. His song choices are always well known, yet not always what you might expect to hear...
