Or try the incredible Lowry Gin dessert, featuring cucumber ice made using liquid nitrogen. The true wow factor comes from the numerous precise layers of lemon and Lowry gin mousse, tonic gel and candied lemon peel. The showstopping casing for this dessert is white chocolate sprayed with an extravagant gold powder to further illustrate the luxury atmosphere.
