For one night only each Wednesday we will be creating a specialty Wellington bespoke to The River Restaurant with sides included at just £50 per couple these are a fabulous saving of £15 from our A l’ Carte Beef Wellington and we will be having special offers on matching wines each Wednesday.
4th March: Duck Breast Wellington – Confit Leg Duxelle and Savoy Cabbage, Duck Fat Chips
11th March: Pork Fillet Wellington – Sage and Apple Stuffing, Truffled Cauliflower Cheese, Pommery Grain Mustard Mash
18th March: Venison Wellington – 24 Hours Braised Shoulder Farce, Caramelised Red Cabbage, Juniper and Orange Sauce
25th March: Chicken Wellington – Wild Mushroom and Truffle Duxelle, Glazed Chicken Wings, Bacon Dauphinoise
