From September 2019, we'll be offering a 45minute yoga class in The Lowry Spa.
The classes will be taught by Carol Paxman-Hughes.
Her style of teaching is Hatha and Vinyasa based and the classes provide an inspiring mix of dynamic flow and relaxing pranayama (breath control). The guided asanas focus on breath, strength and flexibility.
Carol likes to work with movement and breath connection in a ‘go with the flow’ manner. Through the years of practice and teaching, her style has become much more organic.
