To take advantage of The Lowry Hotel's Best Rate Guarantee is to make sure your booking meets the following terms and conditions:
- Your reservation must be made through www.thelowryhotel.com.
- The lower rate must have been available at the time you made your booking.
- The Best Online Rate Guarantee only applies to publicly available rates. These are rates which can be seen online and booked without the need of a membership, promotional code or other restrictions.
- The lower rate found must be for exactly the same booking criteria as your booking. Room type, inclusions, stay dates, the rate description must all be the same and both prices must be inclusive of tax. The cancellation policy and all other terms and conditions of the stay must also be identical.
- The provided screenshot must be of the booking page of the other website and must clearly include all the same identifying information for this booking. (Hotel name, room rate, dates of stay, occupancy, room type, and inclusions as well as being inclusive of tax.)
- The Lowry Hotel will verify the eligibility of the lower rate claim to meet the terms and conditions of this offer.
- Rate differences that occur due to exchange rate fluctuations, differences in currency exchange rates or the omittance of tax are excluded from the guarantee.
- In the case of bookings for multiple nights stay, the rate comparison will be made against the total cost of the stay on www.thelowryhotel.com compared to the total cost of the stay on the other website.
- The Lowry Hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel its best rate guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
- The Lowry Hotel’s will check each claim against these terms and conditions to determine the eligibility of a claim. The Lowry Hotel’s decision on the eligibility is final.
