Claudia Mirallegro

Claudia's journey into movement started as a means to cope with body image issues, social anxiety and other life triggers. The physicality of yoga drew her in first, but not before long she was fascinated with the more subtle effects of the practice and the connection between mind, body and breath.  The first part of Claudia's adult life was spent living in America where she serendipitously decided to sign up to a 200 hour YTT in 2016 at CorePowerYoga in LA. The course that changed her life trajectory.

Since returning back home with a new sense of self, perspective and an understanding of the importance of community and connection - Claudia has completed many, many more hours of advanced trainings in mandala vinyasa, rocket yoga, tripsicorie, yogic arts, yin yoga and yoga nidra. Actually, Claudia has dedicated the past 4 years to learning and re learning over and over. She has witnessed how movement can help to process and heal when there are no words. And, in those deep places, she believes we have the graceful ability to pick ourselves up and get to know ourselves on a new level. 

Vinyasa Yoga

This is a mat-based and music-driven yoga session, we will journey through progressive sequence, where guests will be mindfully guided through curated movements synced with breath to create a stronger, clearer connection to self.

Yin Yoga

This is a slow-paced style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with poses that are held for longer periods of time which allows the nervous system to reset into a state of calm and ease, the hormonal system begins to relearn how to balance itself and the endocrine system is regulated and stimulated.

Trev Neo

Trev is an international sports therapist and yoga/pilates teacher from Singapore. He is passionate about brain/life hacks, mindfulness, biomechanics and rehabilitation.

He retrained to become a yoga teacher more than a decade ago after being injured while working as a dancer in his early twenties. He has since taught internationally and works as a teachers' trainer. When he is not teaching or treating, Trev also works as a corporate coach, actor and voice-over artist.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that is ideal for any fitness level. From beginners to experienced exercisers, Pilates helps ease back pain and improve muscle tone. In addition to improving your balance, posture and flexibility, Pilates improves core strength, which supports a healthy spine.

Yin Yoga

Siggy B

Siggy B is a 500 RYT Yoga teacher who teaches all levels and ages. She has been practicing yoga for the past 16 years and teaches a variety of lineages including Power Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Flexibility Flow, chair Yoga and Hot Yoga.

Her passion lies with Power Yoga and Flexibility and loves to get really creative with her flows.
