Siggy B will be holding Vinyasa Yoga Flow and Power 45 classes which will allow you to get your body moving.
Trev is an international sports therapist, yoga instructor and Pilates teacher from Singapore. He is passionate about brain/life hacks, mindfulness, biomechanics, and rehabilitation. He has taught internationally and works as a teachers' trainer.
Trev will be instructing Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Mat Pilates and an introduction to Yoga course.
