TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you have recently taken a covid-19 test then it is your responsibility to let us know and arrange to cancel your appointment a minimum of 48 hours before the booked date. If you test positive and cancel on the date of your appointment you will be liable to pay the full costs of your treatment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
We do not offer any spa treatments for children aged under 14. They must be 14 or older.
14-16 year olds must have an adult present in the room and this age bracket can only have facials and mani/pedi.
Body treatments are only allowed for 16+.
SPA SCHEDULING
We recommend scheduling your treatments in advance. Please call the spa on +44 161 827 4034 or email spa@thelowryhotel.com. Bookings can also be made online at www.thelowryhotel.com/spa. A credit card is necessary to hold your reservation.
ARRIVAL
To ensure you receive your entire treatment, please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment. This is so you can take a few moments to relax before your treatments commence and we can familiarise you with the surroundings. If you are delayed on your arrival, please remember your treatments will finish at their original time so as not to inconvenience the next guest.
CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy to other guests, please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full treatment cost.
COURTESY
We ask that all mobile phones be turned off on entry to The Spa to ensure tranquility and to allow you to relax along with our other guests.
GUESTS
Guests using the spa must be over 16 years of age. An adult must accompany any guest under 18 years of age.
WORLDLY POSSESSIONS
You need not bring anything with you when you visit The Spa, but if you would like to bring your own personal amenities, please feel free to do so. One thing we do suggest is to bring a book and enjoy the surroundings of our Relaxation Rooms. Please do not bring valuables to the spa, as we do not accept liability for the loss or theft of personal items.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Please notify our staff if you are pregnant or have any special medical considerations as modified treatments can be recommended.
SPA ATTIRE
Proper fitness attire is necessary to use the fitness suite (trousers, shorts, shirt and training shoes). For treatments it is quite normal to wear underwear, but we can provide disposable briefs if you prefer. Please don’t worry, your modesty will always be protected by our expert therapists. If in any doubt, please ask - you won’t be the first to!
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available for all our packages and treatments, but if you can’t decide, you can leave the selection open by giving an amount. Gift vouchers can be purchased via our website www.thelowryhotel.com and are valid for 12 months.
