Every year, during The Maggie's Costume Ball there is a charity auction, where guests can bid on amazing prize donated by local business. Among the prize donated by The Lowry Hotel, was the chance to have The River Restaurant Team cater a private dinner party at your home.
The winner of this prize at the 2018 Ball was Tony and his family. His generous bid helped the event raise over £16k and won him a delicious dinner cooked by Chef Dave Ashton.
From canapés to delicious desserts and flowing bubbles it was an evening for guests to remember.
Tony said: “From beginning to end, the team delivered a professional first-class service - the dinner on the evening was outstanding.”
